So, Brutii are sieging my cities and we fought battles, but we are still allies and I cant attack them, becouse I Am not enough "Popular" to attack another roman family, thought I captured Rome itself.

So you already captured rome and you are allied with brutii.
This means you must have been at war with brutii and then you accepted
a peace offer - there's a bug in vanilla rtw when you do that - the result
is what you got now. I think your campaign is screwed up.
Never accept peace from a roman faction after civil war - they can attack you
but you can't attack them anymore.

Ever wanted to be able to attack the city of rome the second turn when playing a roman faction yourself in RTW? then click here

I think there is a way to solve that problem. If you want I can explain or make the file so you can try, then afterwards you'd just need to put the original back.
Thanks, I was thinking about something same. Can you tell me how>? Becouse I play rtw for 6 years and still havent started the company that I havent beat and I want to do it finally before Rtw2 comes.
Well, if you want to prevent this bug from happening then you (as been mentioned before) either never accept peace after you've been outlawed, or mod the files so the romans are either a unified faction, or aren't connected together by the superfaction tag. It's what I do.
K can you tell how to modifie files so we wont be together please/
What you could do is download and install the following mod located here:
http://rtw.heavengames.com/downloads...hp?fileid=4310
This will save you from having to do the work yourself. If you want to learn how to mod RTW then http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=13660 , http://rtw.heavengames.com/rtw/mods/...at/index.shtml and http://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showth...escr_strat-txt will help you on your way.
I suppose you're more interested in having a finished working project and in that case I'd recommend you use the download option.
I'd not play vanilla R:TW - I'd install a mod for the period that you're interested in.
I first started to play mods when I realized that they had larger maps with more settlements (more to conquer).....

This is why I installed the Mundus Magnus 4.0 map. I still haven't completed my first campaign playing this map yet. I also wanted more to conquer. I haven't tried playing any other mods yet as there was none that really appealed to me. I like playing during the early roman era so vanilla is fine for me. Also, I don't like where some of the mods are going (like having zero turn recruitment) and as I'd have to redo everything I already changed in vanilla, I'll just stick to vanilla.

Hi, about that mod that you gave me. Will it rewrite everything Ive done in the world? I conquered 1\4 of the map and need only 18 more cities for the win. I need something to be able to attack brutii and thats all. If I install it, it wont crush my saves?

Crap, I am screwed. 6 years of playing Rtw and finally being close to it. And now I would be too late before Rome 2 comes.....
