As to the dorne situation:
Remove all money gained ( sacking + income and any destroyed buildings as well ofc)
Take control of dorne, gift the region via console to yourself then make peace and turn AI again

I recommend a redo if not either a fine of a large amount of money or troops forced to stay that in the castle is the AI relasonship with blackfyre at war that might need changed

If he redoes then I believe the punishment of having lost the time used sending his army to the Martell castle and back north is good enough. Yes, even if you do not take the castle you should be punished, albeit not as much, because you broke the rules by attacking in the first place.

We'd have to replay since turn 2 then. If you have to, fine me with the 2000 dragon of sacking and 500 x 3 turns (1500) dragons earned from the sacking, so combined sum of 3500. I'd be fine with that.
