Romancing in ME is all the same across the board....just pick the paragon choices.....

I didn't even think you could romance jack the first playthrough.....though even when I knew I just did the one time fling and that was it....she's not my type.....

Im having difficulty Romancing Miranda, she never wants to talk to me! I just finished the mission where you get the Krogan and I am following this guide to Romance her.

It says talk to her after every main event and she still does not wanna talk to me, when I released the Krogan only a Renegade option was available but Im almost even right now between Paragon and Renegade.

Am I doing something wrong? I guess none of the Secondary missions count as a big event in the game but still, I completed the getting the Krogan mission and she still says she is busy when I try to talk to her.

FFS, the romancing thing is so simplistic you should be ashamed to ask for tips.

We can't even call that romancing, it's superficial meaningless . It's just another one of those features Bioware adds that has no inherent value or consequences, in an RPG I expect actual relationships, not this pitiful linear excuse for a wankjob.

That's why I insist Zaeed was one of the most in-depth personalities in the games.

Eh, do another relevant mission and try again, perhaps?
As for number 3 of that guide of yours: If you have enough Paragon/Renegade points, you can (and should!) decide not to side with anyone, but use the specific blue/red option to break up the fight. That saves you the loyalty of both Miranda and Jack and also keeps the romance going. Siding with Miranda would cost you Jacks loyalty.

I've played through 7 times, all as males, and I've romanced Miranda, Jack, Tali, and Kelly. I wanted to romance the Justicar, but, alas, she won't have anything to do with me; I haven't once saved her daughter, which I may try next time. I also want Kasumi, but she isn't interested. If only I was a valuable object; maybe then she'd stick me down her pants... You could say my Shepard is like me: girl crazy.

I haven't played a Fem Shep yet, but now that I have Mass Effect 1 for PC, I'm gonna try it out.

I hope there is no "jack off course" in Mass Effect. I haven't beat it yet, and I don't want such an awesome experience to be spoiled with virtual :wub:.

On another note, I was drawn to Jack in Mass Effect 2; but she's just too... broken. Kinda like Miranda: I was attracted to her, but she's just too plastic.

What the hell you guys talking about?!
Besides at least for me, the romance story arch of jack only made sense in the end of ME2.
And in the ME3 if you import your save, the story is pretty much more fullfiling imo.
Nothing to do with virtual :wub:, ... for gods sake the chic is bald, allthough in ME3 she looks better. It is a colorfull character, and in the end it finds her place in the world, it makes things fit better, specialy if you have a romance with her.

I think i did all romances safe for jacob, and thane, with several shepards at one point.
I got to say Liara and jack where the ones that i found more enjoyable to folow. Garrus is fun too, mainly because its a very likeable character to begin with.

Also its too bad the romance with kelly is very limited. Either on ME2 and later on ME3.

If you don't get that the joke's on you, you never will. You meant to say, "Jack, of course." But you said "jack off course," as in there was a course where you jack off. It sucks having to explain jokes.

Call me crazy, but I like Tali the most. She actually loves Shepard in Mass Effect 2, and probably liked him in Mass Effect. It only makes sense to romance the girl who loves you; especially when your other options are a foul-mouthed rape victim, or a plastic, arrogant ****.
