R2 Music?

Well I personaly think R2 has a very damn good score for a mod. is their a soundtrack i can download or something atleast the name of the composer?

As far as I know the tracks RS2 were made by quite a few people including tone. If you have the mod, you have the tracks. Just find a program to extract the .dat file in directory\Data\sounds\music.dat
Also in directory\Data\sounds\music\ are a bunch of mp3's. Maybe that is what you're looking for. Hope it helps.

A fun fact is that one of the songs, I believe it is the one playing in the launcher, was used also by a mexican soap opera.

My personal faviorite is probably the Campaign Map music for the Belgae, atleast I believe it was that one.
I found it really soothing, however the other music around is just as amazing!

the best is, for me, the song called "desire" in the tracks folder of the mod, the main theme of RSII in the launcher. Pure drama. Perhaps not all the songs but some of these were composed exclusively for RSII

that one is extremely epic, I was once playing a horrific battles in the wild jungles of Gaul, Legio III Gallica, When a very large hoard of barbarians attacked me, After I finished annihilating their first Army I Brought my Worn out legion to bear against their reinforcements, It was a very thick forest, and my men looked down across a steep into the approaching enemy, The theme reached its end, and As I looked down and took a view from the barbarians who looked up the thick forest where Lines of roman shields stood, trees and bushes covered everything in sight as they ran up the hill, and scattered pilum and javelins started falling down in-cohesively on them. RSII soundtrack so much suits these scenes


other than that, The Ptolemic Battle soundtrack is amazing, especially when you are fighting massive phalanx battles. I love it

greek campaign soundtrack is very similar to Roman one, its just copies of "Roman teaser" But played in different instruments, It has a greek feeling into it, listening to it Brings the ancient greek polies overlooking the Meditterenean atop the grand mountains of the hellas.

whoever made the soundtrack for this mod must've worked his ass off because it suits everything perfectly
