Both a high level Haqqani Network leader and the leader of Tehrik-e-Taliban are killed in the same day? That is a major blow to both networks.
The most important issue is that the Haqqani leader is the business leader, which means it can disrupt the financing of the Haqqani Network (HQN) immensely. And it may also reveal either a major schism in the organization or maybe even beginnings of anti-Haqqani feelings in Pakistan as these people don't really advertise their locations to the CIA.
And the death of the leader of Tehrik-e-Taliban is good for Pakistan. Hopefully it severly disrupts the TeT.
