Kpychak aor units for romans

Im playing as romans and took the castle north of varna i think its belogrod. The problem is i cant recruit any units is the aor messed up or something?

Some units should be available for Romans there, all depends on your infrastructure.

I forgot to mention it is at the very beginning of the game and i have not constructed anything in that particular castle. Since it is a wooden castle it most likely has a very low level barracks. But i thought it was strange i could not recruit any units.

If it's at start, then it is most likely related to poor infrastructure there, yes.

right click on the military structures available in the building menu... you will see what you can build

If i am not mistaken, you can recruit Kypchak Tribal Cavalry and Nomad Lancers. You should upgrade stables.
