How about it? Can someone make a mod like this for EB? Like Hegemonia City States. I believe it's all that is missing fom this mod.

You mean, like custom made cities? Like, nice, flashy buildings?

Do you actually want to have longer waiting times? I've never played Heg so far, so I won't say much on my suspicion that adding so many new files would make the mod even less stable than it already is (because of the loads of information the game has to load).

I don't think it should be very hard to implement, you just have to get the permissions, and replace a lot of files. I'm just guessing though.
