Death penalty: Against. rehabilitation should be getting a bigger focus, and it should be approached in a manner that does not burden the tax rates or public safety and always remains mindful of legal justice.

"War on Terror" / Afghanistan / Drone programs: For

Palestine / Israel: Two-state solution. the current problems: (1)very active jihadist terror movement in Palestine firmly acting as half of a state, (2) far-right ultranationalist fundamentalist influence in the Israeli Knesset and the revisionist idea of Greater Israel along with careless settlement; neither type wish to share the region with the other and will be eternally at odds with each other until new generations manage to shake off the fundamentalist hate and accept their differences, in addition to promoting more secular forms of government where either kind is accepted into each other's states. Gaza is an absolute failure on behalf of all involved, but especially jihadists being funded by several Islamic institutions from many Arab countries. Israel is being forced into a position where it can either spend a disproportionately huge amount of money on its own security, or it generates positive propaganda for Hamas by defending itself against an enemy that willfully fires from densely populated civilian areas towards densely populated civilian areas and even hits itself.

Funding: Definitely need to see a decrease in the increasing military spending rate (and tell all of the NATO members to increase theirs), especially in the R&D departments that don't have to do with drones and unmanned technology. Patrol officers need a revolutionary non-lethal weapon that is more reliable than tazers/paintballs, as well as a minor reformation of police departments and academies everywhere, with higher standards and training that would hopefully produce a more professional police force with unseen before levels of community relations.
More focus on the big 3: Education, Healthcare, Social Welfare. i sympathize with the republican dislike for welfare programs because there is not enough being done to eliminate rampant fraud that plagues it, but at the core i do believe people that are honestly seeking work should be given federal help, we just need better policies and systems in place to cut down on abuse and what you're able to do with the money or what you can purchase.

Gay adoption: No, upbringing by both genders is preferable. I don't think it is a healthy environment and the children is denied to know at least one biological parent.
Religion in schools: No, in a society with religious tolerance we would otherwise have to offer lessons for all kinds of religions which is absurd, better substitute it with philosophy. Keep religion a private matter.
Death penalty: No, i don't think it is a necessity. Unless some socially dangerous behaviour like sadism (people torturing others to death for fun) are proven to be genetic defects.

Race Theory: Mussolini said "Race? It is a feeling, not a reality. Ninety-five per cent, at least. Nothing will ever make me believe that biologically pure races can be shown to exist today" and i have to agree with him, the lines between races are very blurred and we are probably all bastards from Africa. However in selective breeding where the goal is to obtain or preserve a certain set of characteristics, the term is applicable.
Class War: The classic antagonism between social strata, i wholly support the interests of the common folk. However in a market economy one has to be careful not to scare off investments.
Democracy: 'It does not work' is a popular dismissal, but i say it is vastly superior to uncontrolled autocrats. I also think we should try more direct forms of political participation like plebiscites contrary to the rule by representatives who are mostly opportunistic and decide policies with lobbyists.
Bolshevism: founded by Lenin, it tried to build a communist society with marxist doctrine. In practice a ruthless dictatorship which treated workers as disposable tools and gave loyal bureaucrats peculiar privileges, ignoring the communist principle of egalitarianism. However with the break of Stalinism, the most notorious forms of repression were stopped, also the USSR gave its citizens health care, education, work and career opportunities which were lost by collapse but it could never overcome the flaws of central planning.
Fascism: It takes the idea of a strong state from the bolsheviks and combines it with the notion of class cooperation and unitary under one nation.
In practice it was less repressive and allowed more wealth than the stalinist system and had nevertheless tackled social injustice. I don't consider Franco or Pinochet to be fascists.
Socialism: Many definitions, one similarity: egalitarianism. I do not believe in the sanctity of inheritable privileges nor the legality of unemployment, poverty, isolation and hopelessness in the lower strata. Therefore I am a staunch socialist.
Anarchism: The belief that all hierarchies including the state, religion and capitalism should be abolished. I share sympathies for their egalitarian goals but am somewhat critical how they are going to manage the economy. There will be only few products in the anarchic territory and i think many people might leave for the product variety in a market zone.
Eugenics: a movement of the 19th century which is overtly discredited. The methods might have been primitive but the goal to rid human population of hereditary diseases was noble. With today's innovations in the fields of genetics, particulary genetic profiling of new embyros to check for defects, a revival might happen soon.
Sharia: Should be vigorously opposed just as any other state-sanctioned religious legislature.

Incest: I don't see a problem with that. Sibling marriage was common practice in various cultures and the ban is relic of laws of Abrahamic Religions.
However inbreeding has a higher probability to result in abnormalities/defects and stillbirth.
Homosexuality: If it is consensual, i see no reason to forbid it.
Zoophilia: I don't have a problem with this either.
Pedophilia: This is a different case, due to the fragility&vulnerability of children. I tend to a clear no but i wouldn't support harsh punishments if it were minor offenses in family environment or sth.
Transvestism, Cross-Dressing: that is just a change of outfit, nothing which would disturb me. We already have girls running around in pants, so why not skirts for men? It is only fair. Though i admit with fetish for extreme make-up and crazy clothing it becomes weird and repulsive for my liking.
Gender Change: this term is misleading. It's impossible to do what it implies with surgical means and is in reality just a mutilation, a plain violation of the Hippocratic Oath.

Ukrainian Civil War: Crimea and the East are Russian.
Israeli-Palestinian Conflict: A failure of British Imperial Policy made worse by Cold War politics and ensuing American interference. Israel is not a viable country. It's not a matter of weather or not it will fail but when. America should cut ties with Israel and let the situation sort itself out. Israeli lobby in the U.S. needs to be brought to heel.
Communism: Totalitarianism dressed up in revolutionary propaganda. No different than right wing authoritarianism except maybe less supremacist.
The 'Islamic World': The past century has seen it fall into a pit of reactionary, supremacist thinking. Completely divorced from reality. Will get worse before it gets better.
Syria: Reluctantly support the Assad government. But the United States should not get involved.
Iraq: Reluctantly support the Al-Maliki government. But the United States should not get directly involved.
Russia: Not a threat to America or the E.U. or N.A.T.O. Realistically is a great power and should be treated as such.

War in Iraq: Completly against, there were much easier ways to depose Saddam that didi not require boots on the ground. The current war is a direct result of this.

Ukrainian Civil War: I can perfectly understand why Putin seized Crimea when he did and am glad it was done in a bloodless manner (relativly). I cannot however understand why Putin did not do the same in Eastern Ukraine. By supporting the rebels he is prolonging a civil war they are doomed to lose, but is not providing them enough support for them to actually win either. He should have either annexed the region like Crimea, or left it alone entirely. His half measures have led to many deaths

Israeli-Palestinian Conflict: Something that will never be resolved as long as there are Palestinians on what the isrealis consider to be their soil. cant we all just get along?!?

Communism: A fantastic idea in a perfect world. owever this world is full of douchebags and as a result Communism almost always turns into a repressive system that hampers growth and restricts social mobility and personal freedoms for the sake of security in every othe raspect of life.

The 'Islamic World': A horrible place to live if you are a woman, or a member of a minority group of any kind. Needs more secularism.

Syria: Assad is an awful awful man. But he pales in comparison to his opponents. If assad losses and the Rebels/ISIS are victorious then then the Alawites/syrian christians and kurds will be slaughtered. As a reuslt I support him, but only very very releuctantly.

Iraq: Should be divided into a federation of 3 states; Sunni, Shite and Kurd.

Russia: Not a threat to America or the E.U. or N.A.T.O. Realistically is a great power and should be treated as such.

China: For the sake of the world ecnomy I hope China does not collapse any time soon.

E.U.: Is a great thing and will most likely prevent any serious war from ever happening again between european nations, however it should not over step its current purpose and is big enough as it is. The EU needs to be stabilised before anyone else can join.

War in Afghanistan: The Taliban will end up in power again in some form or another. its only a matter of time.

The U.N : Lovely in theory, but basically powerless to stop major wars, as major wars are started by major powers, who contrl the Security council.
