Animal Rights: To some degree. If anyone were to harm my cat on purpose I would kill them, but having do buy madrases for cattle is just stupid (hurray for the incompetent Norwegian government).
Stem Cell Research: Pro. Actually, I'm very pro, as I believe stem cell research is the key to curing some of the worst deceases of mankind.

Development aid: Building schools and educating people in development countries is a good thing. Buying food and water and building refugee camps all over Africa is not a good thing - it only makes everything worse. It only makes more people survive, and the next generation will be just as poor, hungry and uneducated as the former one, the only difference is that there will be even more people.

Religion in schools: Depends. If you are talking about a mixed religion school then religious education should be taught but only to teach people about other religions. I went to a Catholic School so religion was a big thing.
