    DOB: October, 1992.

Country of Residence: United States of America, State of Minnesota

Nationality: 1/2 German; other half is some Norwegian, Swedish, English, as well as a little Native American.

Political Compass Result: Economic Left/Right: -0.12; Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 2.26 (Translation: Somewhat high up in the middle.)

Where do you put yourself on the political spectrum: Right

Do you indentify yourself with a certain political grouping (socialist, neocon, etc): Capitalist,
    US Conservative.

Do you indentify yourself with a certain political party: Republican Party, although they are a disappointment of late.

Religion: Fundamental Baptist. (Run AWAAAAYYYY! ).

    Abortion: Strongly against.

War in Iraq: It's time we left. Let them handle it.

    Marijuana: Against.

Firearms: I'm OK with the current US laws. "Assault weapons" are propaganda and I can show you hard evidence that hanguns save more lives than they take.

Gay Marriage: Strongly against, although I admit I can't really see it being argued against from a legal standpoint.

Gay adoption: Strongly against. Ruining the next generation.

Religion in schools: I would support it, however I take the point that state-sanctioned religion can be a dangerous path to follow. However I don't think that teaching it is an excessive sanction by any means.

Obama: He's no savior, and I think history will judge him harshly. He's certainly no criminal. We've lived through a lot of presidents; he's not the end of the world.

Bush: Granted, he wasn't a savior either. But I think history will judge him less harshly.

Death penalty: For. Commission of a crime such as murder should strip the offender of most rights.

UN: For a body that hates us so much, why do we let them stay in New York? Dump the lot on some other unfortunate country.

Death penalty: Not really sure, its a hard one

Afghan war: debatable whether we should have gone there in the first place, but now we're there we should try to fix the mess we made. Besides, defeating the Taliban would undoubtedly benefit the region. But I'm against foreign intervention in general.
Obama: Support as a more sensible face for America, but I think people make waaay too much of him

Abortion: Too many "what ifs" in this subject, its the individuals choice
War in Iraq: I'm a soldier so i will obey orders, but its hard to fight an ideal and not a nation.
Marijuana: Should be legalised and taxed; equals $$ for America.
Firearms: 2ndm Amendment people cant argue with that, regulate yes, forbid no!!
Gay Marriage: Free country, do as you wish, gays getting married its never hurt me or anyone else.

    Global Warming/Environmental Regulation: Skeptical.
    Genetically Modified crops: Against.
Animal Rights: Obviously you're pretty disgusting if you Torture your dog or cat. Killing cows for their meat is OK since they were bred to do that.
    Stem Cell Research: Support.
Police Tazers: Support. Tazers save lives. In the heat of a confrontation, the police officer doesn't know the suspects metal history or health problems. And he isn't going to hit "pause" and go find out because he has to make a decision on how to bring peace and to solve whatever crime, investigation, or problem that might arouse. I think that their could be some improvements on training when using tazers, but I'd like to see them in the hand of every LEO(Qualified obviously) patrolling the streets.

Gay Marriage: The church should be allowed to decide for itself. Civil weddings must allow.
    Gay adoption: Unsure
Religion in schools: Of course people have to learn about religion in school, but no religion should be favored.
Death penalty: Only when someone actually confesses a murder or when there's absolutely no doubt.

UN: How could I be against the UN?
EU: Unsure. It started out good but I'm not too sure i want Norway to join anymore.
    Tibet: I hate China sometimes.
Israel: I could write a whole article about the Israel vs Palestine-thing, but long story short: I support Israel.

Global Warming/Environmental Regulation: I believe in the hockey-graph, but the other way around. Due to the increase of temperature, the nature releases more CO2. Ants have higher CO2 production than mankind...
Nuclear power: Nuclear power is brilliant. It's rather cheap, it's safe and I believe science will one day solve the nuclear waste problem. Actually, they are getting closer every year.
    Genetically Modified crops: Pro.
Animal Rights: To some degree. If anyone were to harm my cat on purpose I would kill them, but having do buy madrases for cattle is just stupid (hurray for the incompetent Norwegian government).
Stem Cell Research: Pro. Actually, I'm very pro, as I believe stem cell research is the key to curing some of the worst deceases of mankind.

Development aid: Building schools and educating people in development countries is a good thing. Buying food and water and building refugee camps all over Africa is not a good thing - it only makes everything worse. It only makes more people survive, and the next generation will be just as poor, hungry and uneducated as the former one, the only difference is that there will be even more people.

"That war is a terrible thing I agree, but it is not so terrible that we should submit to anything in order to avoid it. For why do we all vaunt our civic equality and liberty of speech and all that we mean by the word freedom, if nothing is more advantageous than peace?" — Polybios, Historiai, IV.31
