    Default Unit availability

    I dont disable real recruitment and use Savage AI and prefer the Early campaign over the late campaign. In the late campaign I can train Sicilo-Norman Knights (Think thats how its spelt) right from the start from both the fortress and castle. In the early campaign, at what point can I train them? Also, same question in regards to Aragon's Almughavars.
