being able to downgrade castles

I haven't been able to find a mod that will allow you to downgrade castles. So in the event that I didn't

look hard enough can someone point me in the right direction but if this mod dose not exist. Can

some one with the ability make one that can do this ?

This mod would help get rid of some un-needed castles that the AI makes during my campaigns

O and because i forgot to mention this would be for shogan total war 2 vanilla not FOTS or ROTS I don't have ether at the moment
