Rules in OP slightly modified; additions were this:
1. 24h/turn. PM or VM the next player with link to the post with the save. If you are positively certain of missing your turn, nominate a sub. Time extensions are fine and dandy, but must obviously be requested in advance
5. 2 forts/region, no exceptions of any kind. Also minimum 4 units/fort.

Yronwood has broken second rule of the above post, the fort south of Skyreach has one unit in it. However it does not affect me in any way so I ask for no penalty. Just make sure it doesn't happen again.
Starfall, the ancestral seat of House Dayne has been taken by forces loyal to House Martell.

Wait what the hell?! Why was lannister skipped?
No one gave me a heads up that my turn was up and it wasn't even 6 hours after Martell that I was skipped. WTF!! I better be able to take that turn
edit: Well I see that I was skipped this morning, but Dux never sent me a notification. I request that I be able to take my turn on the grounds that I was never notified that I was up.
