    Default how to trigger the kypchak horde

    what regions do they need to get those free stacks? And how many do they recieve? I am thinking about playing a roman campaign and engineering it to happen

    all the steppe regions including belgorod,astrakhan and maybe derbent, and they get 2 full stack armies
