    Default General and Daimyo portrait is reused.

    General and daimyo portrait will look the same across clans and my general have the same portrait as my Daimyo.

    This is not just one or two, but it repeats over over again in high number.

    I know. Would it have been so hard to have 50 portraits that could mix between characters of the same type to add variety and make them Human? Dunno why they didn`t do this.

    because the portraits reflect the character's model and armor in the battles. Assuming you don't have any mods.

    Darthmod does not change portrait in FOTS , it is exactly vanilla style.
