Unspecified Error,
Hey guys, so, I downloaded the game from Steam,
So I tried to lauch it, I get the problem with the laucher with the unending music, etc, etc...
I fixed that with "M2TW Launcher Replacer". I tried to lauch the game,
"Unspecified error MedievalII.exe will close now"
Could you help me please?
(I'm currently redownloading it, maybe I'll get lucky)

Re: Unspecified Error,
Run the game "Run as Administrator", "XP Compatible", and be sure it's not being blocked through your antivirus, firewall, router, and/or ISP.

Re: Unspecified Error,
Well, I did that,
It was not the end of the troubles...
I clicked on the custom laucher and clicked launch M2TW, it said "Can't lauch missing mss32.dll file"
So, I went to DLLFiles website and download the fixer... I installed it, now it says
"Can't find the entry point of the procediment _AIL_set_3D_oriention@28 in the library of dynamic vincules mss32.dll"
(Sorry if the errors are wrongly translated, I'm from Argentina, I've got Windows in Spanish)

Re: Unspecified Error,
Verify the game cache and hopefully it will fix it. The game is too old to learn new tricks and look for things like this and the disc version would require a reinstall.
Also, disable the UAC if not done so. The game is too old for it.

Re: Unspecified Error,
First,
Thanks for helping me, I really apreciate it
Second, it did not work
, I'm reinstalling, but my Internet connection is quite crappy...
So'll let you know how it worked in about 4 hours...
Oh, I have a doubt..
I've got both Kingdoms and Normal M2TW, should I install Medieval II first?, (The normal thing it would be yes, but Kingdoms weights like 9G, so I think it is the Gold Version)

Re: Unspecified Error,
Medieval2 first, then Kingdoms. Disc or Steam.
If it does not work this time, post your dxdiag.
