The High Chancellor The High Chancellor shall be responsible for assisting the Kaiser in general administration of the Empire. The High Chancellor shall also act as the President of the Reichstag. The High Chancellor shall also be responsible for conducting diplomacy with all foreign rulers, and for carrying out foreign policy to the wishes of the Kaiser and to the best of his ability.

I, Duke Robert Kirk of Saxony, believe I should be High Chancellor, because I am an able diplomat with connections to most of the important royal families of Europe, I am steadfastly loyal to the empire and would like to keep it stable. I also know which diplomatic options would be best for the empire, and I will enforce peace and trade, and make the empire prosper. However, when an enemy has risen against us, I am not opposed to making ruthless terms so that they may never rise against us again. I am also heavily accustomed to managing lands and estates, and thus I will be able to assist the Kaiser in administrating the empire effectively and efficiently.
May God protect and Guide the Empire and Emperor.
