Princess portrait bug

So I have a minor problem with the game. When my princesses die their portrait stays colored like they're still alive. I've read that if I install the 1.2 patch it will be fixed but I'm currently using the 1.3 patch and it's still not fixed

I know it's not a big problem but it kinda ruins my beautiful family tree... So any of you know how to fix this bug or something is wrong with my game?

Vanilla? Mod?

I noticed this in SS 6.4 I didn't play vanilla in a long time so I don't know about that but as far as I know SS uses vanilla portraits.

SS6.4, contact them. Odds are they are using the same prtraits for both and if so, let them explain why because I don't know why.

Hmm okay but first I think I will start a vanilla campaign and see if the bug is present there aswell.

Blame CA, and learn to mod, then, if you want the dead pics. It's the only option as CA's last update was 2/2008.

If it's in vanilla, yes. I use vanilla prtraits as custom ones add to a download size to the mod. TATW and SS are both over 2gb downloads. Mine is already over 500mb. Many download sites won't touch these sizes in one piece.
