One last question (honest). Do you have to use 3d max or can you use maya?
The import/export tool only works for 3d Max. I'm not sure if you can convert Maya files for use in max, probably.
The link to for the .dds files doesn't work. How can I get the exporter?

I can't execute 3d max without a license. How do I can around this? My friend let me install his 3d max studio, but when I tried to execute it, it told me that i would have to go online and get a license for it. I don't have a license and I lost ties with my friend. So what can I do about this problem?

I have a question about this:
i cant find two of them, only one that says: gloss.tgablack alpha tga.dds, and a white gloss. tga
I think he mean that there is two files texture.tga.dds and gloss.tga

The one in the right hand corner is the helmet. The one in the middle is the face, on that model the helmet and face are seperate. I think.

Yes I know, but you can't get everything from the internet, I mean how create texture of metal by myself?

Probably, however you need 3D Max to import/export models into the .cas format that RTW uses.
