Its referred to as 'System Log' in game mod folder
'Proud to be patronised by cedric37(My Father and My Guardian)
Thank you Navajo, but this is all that appears on systemlog after the game stops responding and i exit out of it.
13:16:32.889 [system.rpt] [always] CPU: SSE2
We need more information going into your system log and:
[log]
to=mods/SS6.3/system.log.txt
;level=* error
level=* trace
'Proud to be patronised by cedric37(My Father and My Guardian)
I'm not sure how to do that or what to do with the code you wrote.
I put the code :
to=mods/SS6.3/system.log.txt
;level=* error
level=* trace
into my system log and saved. Started game, game CTD at end turn but system log just had this in it:
12:14:25.282 [system.rpt] [always] CPU: SSE2
My game is also freezing, but as Genoa on turn 66 on Byzantine's turn. My system log also has nothing in it except for 20:46:55.245 [system.rpt] [always] CPU: SSE2
No idea what to do with the lines
[log]
to=mods/SS6.3/system.log.txt
;level=* error
level=* trace
I can see they're in the default cfg file. There's a thread just like this from March 2012 http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=529000
I also am running no sub-mods that I'm aware of, unless that would be savage AI on and permanent watchtowers.
Man this is a fantastic mod. I really want to continue my current campaign.
Sorry if I missed something important on here regarding freezes/crashes. I'm completely lost.
Ah!
2.2 If your game freezes or crashes on an AI turn tell us the last faction active (as indicated by the highlighted shield/heraldry at the top of your screen) before the crash. Use "follow ai movement" and the reveal map cheat "toggle_fow" to identify the last action of the AI before the crash. Often campaigns can be saved by simply preventing that action.
lol I sat here for like 5 minutes typing in toggle_FLOW for some reason. Me no read too good. Also did not remember that in game options you could toggle follow ai movement on and off.
Yay, I'm very glad I can continue my game with Genoa. Doge Giralamo the Bastard is finally married now too. He's a good lad. The crusades went poorly for him, though.
Such a fantastic mod. Very hard to decide on a faction.
