Cersei would love me since im her trueborn son as well. If she tried to boss me around id probably slap her around a few times like my father does.

If my father died hunting id make jon arryn hand of the king and regent until im of age (he wouldnt have died ofcourse as he wouldnt have any secrets to find)

So basically what if Robert had a true born heir and everything that happened in the five books so far didn't take place,

I'd torn open two kittens with knife, Robert would beat the hell out of me, Cersei would kill him, I'd proclaim Tommen and Myrcella as bastards born out of twincest, got Cersei executed, installed Stannis as Hand, let him do all the work, proclaim myself king and enjoyed the worldly pleasures for the rest of my life

I'd probably sit and listen at all the Council meetings, not say anything, just watch and learn. Train with the Kingsguard, follow the commander of the Gold Cloaks around to learn about keeping the city in order. Study everything I would need to know to be the next king. Get a good relationship with my uncle Stannis and Renly so they would be less likely to claim the throne for themselves. Make sure grandpa Tywin likes me to.

Should Robert plan to marry me to Sansa fine. Should he die in the hunt like in the books and I become king, let Ned be regent.(I'm assuming Jon Arryn still died due to Tommen and Mrycella). Meet privately with Ned and tell him that even though they are born of incest they are still my siblings and under my protection. Ned can either accept that and be regent or I'll have to force him back to the North. Tywin will be made Hand of the King, he did a good job the last time. Cersei would be limited in power and I'd have my uncle Tyrion's job to keep her out of trouble and fix her messes.

Then I'd get to work on the kingdom, I'd call Stannis, Renly, Twyin and the whole council together and lay out my plans. First deal with Daenerys, either invite her back with the condition she marry me and rule as queen at my side to end the question to the legitimacy of the Baretheon kingship. With a Baratheon-Targaryean line the kingship should be secured. If the Council is very much against that plan or Daenerys refuses it keep spies on her at all times and watch her.

Then tell the Council I plan on asking each noble house to contribute some of their forces to serve as a royal army loyal to the king. Stannis will be made commander and general of the royal forces as he is one of the best generals in the kingdom and his loyalty is unquestionable. I would never have to worry about Stannis rebelling with the army.

If the Greyjoys rebel and declare themselves king of the isles again I would have Stannis and Tywin marshal the forces to put them down again. Balon would be executed, Theon would be made the new lord and would rule, with a contingent of my forces stationed permanently at Pyke to make sure he stays loyal. To make sure the Greyjoys don't keep trying this I would ask Ned to accept marrying Robb to Asha so the Greyjoys wouldn't be able to attack the North without being kinslayers, and they'll technically get the North through Robb and Asha's children. I would ask Victarion to accept a position as Master of Ships and admiral of the fleet. The Iron Islands would in turn become the hub of the royal navy with too much royal presence for the Ironborn to be able to resist. And if any do resist they won't pay the iron price, they'll just be shipped to the wall.

With the Ironborn tamed I'll set my attention back to the North. Have Stannis lead an inspection of the Wall and report to me on it's condition. And make sure Ned is still loyal, if Cersei hasn't already had him assassinated, if she has I'll make sure Robb doesn't go off and declare himself king in the north, If the evidence shows Cersei was behind the murder of Ned I'll have her punished by sending her to the wall as the royal representative. There she will stay and report on the condition of the wall every week. That will ensure she keeps the wall secure since her own neck is on the line, as well as ensure the new recruits are more respectable men and not criminals what with Cersei being the only woman at the Wall now. In fact that will be the default punishment for Cersei if she does something really stupid. And if Daenerys refuses my offer I can marry Sansa to keep the North loyal.

Now with all that done I think I've got the makings of a pretty stable kingdom.

Commander Jon Snow will be given new orders for the Nights Watch that they now must prevent wildlings, the others, or Cersei Lannister's from getting past the wall. The latter being the greatest threat.
