Disk Space Problems
I installed Medieval Total War with Kingdoms on my computer a long time ago using the disks, not steam. Today it has said that it has encountered an unspecified error every time I try to do anything. I looked at the disk and it has absolutely no room on it so I think that might be the reason. What should I do?

Re: Disk Space Problems
The game needs about 10gb for a swapfile so something is going to have to move, then. Yes, it could cause this kind of error.
When was the last time you ran disk cleanup and did a deep, optimized defrag? may find enough space there.

Alright I did that. Also does it matter if the game disk has space not just the hard drive?

Re: Disk Space Problems
The swapfile is on the harddrive. This game swaps a lot of data fast especially in battles, no matter how much ram you have so yes, it makes a big difference.

Re: Disk Space Problems
Cause that doesn't have much space either. is there a way to clear up space on that?

Re: Disk Space Problems
Start > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. There is a tab for more options and you delete all the old system restore files built up over time. Go down through the Add/Revove Programs list and you may find programs you no longer use.
