    What is the verdict on the higher agents costs/upkeep in SPQR? Does it overall add or detract from the gameplay vs. mods where it is unchanged?

    i like it. it was kinda ridicolous how i could train an army of assassins/diplomats to get rid of a faction. by assassinating all their heirs and/or by bribing all their armies (made possible by the equaly ridiculous trading boost for owning the statue at rhodes)
