Westeros is plunged in a state of civil war, Stark blood runs in the streets of Kings Landing and the great lord Eddards head rolls down the great septs stairs... Lannister forces burn the riverlands with Tully fighting bravely with vengeful allies coming down from their north in the name of their new and old lord alike.

Renly have united most of the south under his banners and attempts to make himself king, ignoring his older brothers rightful claim altogether. Dangerous when he rules the eastern sea and have such... Foreign magic at his disposal!

Meanwhile, Greyjoy watch with hungry eyes and past slights in mind for any opening, Martell cautiously observing for any weakness that can be used to bring strength back to the sands. All this as rumours of the return of dragons, coming back to serve only the one deemed worthy!

Additional changes to the mod:
Greyjoy and Martell can recruit everywhere

Hopefully, Stannis cannot recruit galleys everywhere but sailers instead.
Greyjoys fleet recruitment will also be tweaked, longboats are too strong if available everywhere.

( these factions are supposed to be strong on the sea, but NOT unbeatable! As they are now )

Rules:

Spoiler Alert, click show to read: 

1) 24 hours to take your turn. If someone need more time just pm martin but do so IN TIME.
2) Ships within a blockaded port are not allowed to move out without first defeating the blockade, neither is it allowed to have armies inside ships while inside a port.
3) Armies that are defeated in battle by a player that comes after them in the turn list may not move the following turn, this is to make it fair to players coming after in turn.
4) Destroying buildings is not allowed if a castle/city is under siege or before having held it for three turns.
5) 3 units per fort required and 2 forts max in a region, to prevent fort spamming. It is not allowed to spam watchtowers to prevent forts. Counter enemy forts with your own or face the consequences.
6) Pictures must be taken of all player vs player battles showing the odds and the outcome.
7) When you upload your save you must PM next player. You will be penalized if you do not.
8) it is not allowed to sally to prevent the attacked the choice of sacking, exterminating or occupying.
9) 1 turn peace for all and also you can build forts just in your land in first turn.
10) Bugs and exploits are banned, if you are unsure then ask the admin
11) it is not allowed to surround an enemy with small forces for the purpose of destroying the defeated force, you can block bridges and choke points however even if it provides the stated affect.
12) Diplomacy, you cannot gift a region that neighbors an enemy and units gained by trading regions are to be immidiately disbanded.
13) Reloading is allowed but heroic victories are banned, if you obtain one you must reload until you get a different result.

The goal is to hold Kings landing for 10 turns and eliminate or otherwise outlive a faction stated in private by the admin.

The game will start if enough players are found by the end of this month at the latest.

The latter can be done using hidden resources within each region (you could use a Dragonstone resource for Stannis and the ironborn resource for the Greyjoys)

I did not understand that martin, is it possible for you to make longboats avaivable only at the isles (sailers otherwise unless its a shipyard where you can make longboats possibly the dragonboat) and tweak so stannis makes sailers not galleys unless using shipyard or higher?

Oberyn, youre martell but can you be relied upon to play the hotseat through sorrow and happiness until death do you part?

Yes it should be. The hidden resources are what originally stops the Ironborn and Martells from recruiting outside their home regions. it is also what limits units such as the Riverland Archers, Highgarden Knights and Winterfell Guards from being recruited everywhere.
