Steam Instillation Problems.

Hello Everyone,

Did not mean to do that. I am having a problem with the instillation process. I have steam, and just installed RTW. The problem is that when I am trying to install the first of the six files necessary for rsII I get this message during instillation of the file.

Source file not found: C:\Doc and Settings\My Name\Documents\Download\rs21.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Wtf does that mean, and does anyone know what the problem is?

Oh, and RTW is installed in Program Files-Steam-SteamApps-Common-RTW Gold. Thought I would post that, not sure if it is important. You might be able to tell that I am a true beginner when it comes to mods. I have almost no clue what I am doing. Really could use some help here.
