some heavy mail units right from the start available no event

Hallo!

First... thank you for this great mod!

But i'm a little confused...

I have read in other threads that the scholarii and some other untis are only available after the Heavy Mail event around 1200... but for me they are available right from the start.
But not all... Varrangoi for example not.
So I tried to reinstall SS again... looked into 6.3 and with this version I'm not able to recruit them... fine.
Then I installed 6.4 with the Teutonic fix and suddenly i can recruit them in constantinople...
I also didn't get the heavy mail event either...and it seems a few others too but i can't really remember now.


I play with Savage AI and RR off
Win 7 UAC off
no Steam

I personally did not realize that NO RR option also removes the RR events from the EDB file, until I just looked.

This means that because you are turning RR off you are turning off the events that restrict that unit to the correct time (historically speaking).
