Default Very interesting experience with HP recently

So I bought the HP Dv7 notebook a while back and had some issues with it so far, from GPU problems to HP sending the wrong type of power adapter.

I currently have the AMD 7690m xt, which is a terrible, terrible card that the wonderful HP has the job of updating. Which they do not.

So i contacted support and they replied with questions that seemed to me that they wanted to avoid taking in my laptop at any cost.

Some questions were "Do you play offline or online mostly?" One could see that they were trying to blame my internet connection. Another one is "DO you play Diablo 3?" Which as many know has many issues, and HP wanted to blame the game. Luckily, I saw through all their tricks.

Heck they even said that their driver from 2011 will only be updated if they see issues and told me to do a factory restore to get better performance from the included driver that is even older.

After fighting for 20 minutes, they agree to take my laptop in for "repair".

However, knowing HP, I went out and bluntly asked if they would replace my GPU with one that AMD/NVIDIA supports. A generic reply came saying that they will try to replicate the issue.

MY QUESTION here is what should I do before I return it to HP? Remove leshcat drivers? Uninstall games? Delete documents? Leave an annoying notice saying that they need to replace my GPU?

    Should I delete anything?

If you're sending it back, anything personal.
I'd goes as far as use their restore partition and wipe everything but what it reinstalls.
