Game takes 30 minutes to start up and has insane lag.

I got a new computer with an AMD Radeon HD 6670 and an AMD FX 4100. When I start up STW2, it stays at the copyright screen for literally THIRTY minutes. When I finally get to the menu screen and try to start a battle, it takes another thirty minutes to load and lags so much that it is unplayable. Strange, because Napoleon runs smoothly on my computer. Here's my dxdiag. My drivers and bios are updated.
