Unstopable plague

Hi to al.
Im plaing a the pergamon campain with the 2.2 beta version, with RTW.exe anda without steam.
I have conquered Philippi, Philippopolis, thessalonike and Odessos, but it's about 40 turns that these cities are afflicted by the plague sometimes it stops but the next turn it restarts. i have build every kind of pubblic health building i can but it dont stops.
Please help me.

The public health buildings will do two things: 1) reduce the change of the plague breaking out 2) when plague does break out it does not last as long.

There are also some temples that improve the settlement's heath.

The other thing that can trigger the plague is a settlement with the population growth out of control. The larger the population there is an increased chance of plague breaking out.

Some of the Macedonian starting setlements are known plague spots (Philippi is one).

One thing you may want to do is to make sure that enemy spies are not spreading the plague from one settlement to another. One way to stop this in the future is to keep at least one spy and one assassin in all settlements. If a spy in in an infected settlement moves to another settlement they will bring the plague with them.

I also try to keep a diplomat in each settlement as this makes the settlement harder (more expensive) to bribe.

I've every build that give me pubblic health bonus and the populattion is now about 15.000, i will try with the spies...thank you for help...
