    Default Garrison script?

    I'm interested in how it really works? The script itself is kinda confusing and if there's a read-me kind of thing, that would be really precious
    Does it work only for certain factions owning the city? If yes, which city for what faction? Does it work for Rebels? Damascus is confusing as it is owned by Rebels and no new units seem to have spawned when besieged (although it appears first in the garrison script).
    I can't really find an explanation of the garrison script, so any help would be welcome.

    BTW, if f.e. half a stack is in the city, will the garrison script spawn more troops?
