As for heroic victories, why not? If anyone objects to them state your reasons ill decide based on majority opinion

Heroic victories are usually not allowed due to:

Prevent excessive reloading, reload long enough and you can get a victory out of most battles even though you really should not win.
But its much more common to just ban them for naval battles as they are rare, the naval battle AI is MUCH more random. Reload a dozen times and youre very likely to get a heroic.

This is particularly annoying if the fleet defeated had troops ( they usually find themselves at the bottom of the ocean )

One of those victories was a heroic, but that would have been a victory anyway.
It seems Trot used the awesomeness of Ryone wisely. That and night fighter ability.

Banning heroic victories is ok.
But, who has the time to reload dozens of times? I know I don't

Also, about banning Heroic Victories, just sounds like a hassle. I mean a good general like Tristifer_IV or Qhored, King Of Isles is most likely gonna get a HV or something similar.

The vile Halfling besieged our ancestral home! He however didn't take our king's depleted army into account.
