Can't get it to run?

I've downloaded 0.34 and 0.44. Installed it on a clean RTW/BI 1.6.

A shortcut appears on my desktop after completed installation. But when clicking it, a message pops up saying that no shortcut could be found. Also, there's no shortcut in the chivalry folder.

What´s wrong? Should I use the BI or RTW disk?

I use my RTW Disk as i installed it on RTW 1.5

I also used my RTW disk, but when clicking the CTW shortcut, it just won't run.

There should be a shortcut in the RTW folder, not the chiv folder. Did you check the target line of your desktop shortcut?

I made a new copy and now it works.

Btw, a few other questions:

- where/what are the victory conditions?
- When playing as the Byzantines, which buildings enables recruiting of Excubitors, Varangians, Menlaviatoi, Naptha throwers, Trizinoi Toxotai, Klibanophroi and Kataphracts?
- In order to change the names of the Byzantines ( from parthian names to proper Byzantine names ), what needs to be changed ( other than descr_names & names in text folder )?
