The appointment of Magnus z Lotrinske as Count of Bohemia by the powers of the Holy Roman Emperor, Kaiser Alexander I, the first step was made towards a peaceful Bohemia. Prague was made the Count's capital and his home was that of Prague Castle. The people cheered for the promotion of Magnus to the noble title of Count. His brother, Frederick, however, kept his true thoughts hidden. The lands of Praha and Boleslav were still rebuilding from the civil war but lush lands were being once more farmed and cultivated for much needed crops. The streets of all the major cities were bustling with people. The Count needed to determine was what to be done first now for the future of the County of Bohemia
