Fullscreen windowed mode
This is basically a must. For convenience sake, I don't like to have a loading screen every time I alt tab to push a button on my other monitor. It also makes it a thousand times easier to stream without having to have the obnoxious window and overlays to change etc. It was in Rome 2, why not the newer total wars?
I can do with with a script, but having a more accessible option isn't unreasonable.

Re: Fullscreen windowed mode
probably because rome 1 was using single procesor, while all other TW serias use multicore, therefore I doubt it could be done without loading screen, someone that has more knowlegdge about pc should be able to tell you better,I am just here using pure logic
