Green text with double underline
A little niggling problem has popped up on my Google Chrome browser. Certain words and sentences are bolded in green text, with a double underline. When you hover over them, they try to load something, but aren't successful. It's not much of a problem, and nothing else seems to be going wrong with my computer, so why has this appeared, and how do you get rid of it?

Re: Green text with double underline
just got this today too, it's a bit odd that it started today for both of us.
this is called "TextEnhance"
first thing you want to do is check your extensions in Chrome and delete any unknown or strange sounding extensions that might have piggybacked up there. TextEnhance supposedly hides in extensions that have nothing to do with it, such as video codec extensions, etc.
second would be running scans for malware/adware and tracking cookies.
TextEnhance apparently does have a site and you can opt out there but I believe it's a scam. it's just ad-ware cleverly disguised as a "feature".
