How to play the_second_punic_war

I was exploring RTR VII Folder and find curstom campaign the_second_punic_war.
I am wondering if it can work ,if it is not working can someone give me the reason so i can edit it and play.
Because i like Hannibal Baca and want to destroy Rome

I think that only descr_strat,needs to be re-writed,because they chandged some faction units since FOE.
Also want to ask how to instal a sub-mode.

Yeah, you just need to change around descr_strat quite a lot.

I'm afraid not. It's actually one of the easier files, if rather painstaking, once you get used to it. Mind you, it may not be up to date at all, so you may have to plow through some error messages and CTDs...
