Shogun 2 CTD

Hello.
I have a big problem with Shogun 2 FoTS.

I play for about 5 turns, then the game suddenly crashes when it's the AI turn.
It doesnt matter which clan i play as, same thing happens.
I've tried to reinstall the game, reinstall Steam, tried to verify cache, and deleting some of the files in Appdata, then verify. None of them works.
I've tried to update the drivers for soundcard and graphicscard, both up and down.
Also, when starting up the game again, and trying to load the latest savegame it crashes in half way loading that save.
The type of CTD is sudden, NO message at all. And a few times i've got "Shogun2.exe has stopped responding"

Run windows Update manually and install all software options.

Theese are either "dumb-newbie-ass-(not)solutions" or just solutions that will destroy rest of Windows and disable functions that are being used daily.
I have done most of them, but i will NOT do for example this:

"Hi,

I gave up and reinstalled windows from scratch and that seems to have solved it."

And other solutions like disabling every start-up program, and disable stuff that has been working along with Shogun 2 before, i will not. It's just this latest/second latest patch that ****ed it all up. That viruses/malware/trojans causes ONLY ONE GAME to **** up is non-existent for me. There is NO WAY a virus/malware/trojan will only destroy just that.
I am very upset, yes. But not on you or anyone here, but as you can see it have affected my behavior alot. Paying twenty bucks, playing for a while, then get this problem, and the support refuse to answer, takes alot on my patience.
My Windows Update was up-to-date, so no luck there.
However, i got from ONE place that its possible the crashes occur from having Auto on a setting in DRAM in bios, on voltage, That i should set it on 0.5 at all the time, to eliminate different voltages while playing, can that solve it?

I linked you to Microsoft's answers and those are just the tip of what Google pulled up on one page. What decide to do or not do is your decision with this info.If no one here knows, they will be silent.

Have you asked http://forums.totalwar.com as it is the dev's territory even though their help is like here - volutnteers?

Have you asked Microsoft yourself?

These would be the real places to start.

Yeah, i have been hanging around there all the time, even before i got here.
They give exact same "solutions" as is spread all over internet... None of them works,
But what should i ask to Microsoft about it?
They are as hopeless as EA to be a good support

I never had good luck with EA either.

I hava had good luck with Microsoft but at times I have had to let one ticket expire and file another behind it to get to another person and a different conclusion, sometimes the third try to get the answer I needed. And make it game specific with the error message and all the codes in it so they can try to trace even adding the Event log from it.

It could be a memory mapping error with your 3gb graphics card for all I know. It's the only thing different I see from other dxdiags. Be sure to bring this up, too.

They have email service for registered copies that's free. It always takes me about 3 days to get a reply, though.

Oh, now i see, well i apparently have a Windows version without OEM, whatever that is...
So the product key wasnt valid
And i will never in my entire life pay 60euro to get an answer that may not even help
