Would you like this feature from Rome: Total War to return? It consisted on looking at your settlement on the battle mode map in times of peace. You were able to see the population and all the structures that you built on the campaign map. For Total War: Rome 2, they could add many other things to this, and create a living world in it, like people going to the public baths, executions at execution squares, soldiers marching on the streets or training in the barracks and stables, games held in the arenas, people talking, kids playing, whatever.
If your population is happy, there would be more public order shown in that feature. If they are angry, you could then see revolts inside. There is so much to do here and it would create a more intimate relation with your cities, encouraging you more to defend it when the time comes. But at the same time it's not a must-have feature, so your opinion matters here!![]()
