Re: Can use help me out?
Do you have a link to the specs or maybe just post your dxdiag?
Immediate gut check says Medial2 campaign only, Empire no.

Re: Can use help me out?
Medieval2,
The graphics chip will play the campaign but you will need 128mb of dedicated graphics memory for battles. Maybe you can set it in the BIOS, maybe not. The game may become unstable late game as the cpu is a slowpoke for even Medieval2 and upping the graphics memory. TATW graphics will bring your laptop to a crawl.
Empire,
Cpu is too slow even and has been since the third patch. The graphics chip will play the game but it will be unstable in battles.
I would not try multiplayer on your laptop with either.

Re: Can use help me out?
cpu is your Intel processor.
BIOS is that screen you see when you start your computer with a quick instruction on it how to enter it.
99.9% of laptops cannot be upgraded short of buying a better one.

Not in a laptop. It's a chip soldered into the main board. If you had a slot for a graphics card, it would be listed in the specs.
