How to add unit cards ??
I am trying to make basternae recruitable to dacia, but even when I copy the unit file in Unit_Info and Units in UI from thrace to dacia, they dont show up in the unit description. Everything else is working, so I hope someone here can help me ??

Do you get a "grey peasant" symbol? If so, is a text displayed when you place the mouse over it? Or do you get "missing text entry" or something?

Yes, I get the grey peasant symbol, but the text is showing right. And also in custom battle it uses the right models and sprites. It is just the unit card that is missing.
Thanks for the help.

Re: How to add unit cards ??
Are you ptting them in the data\ui folder or in the data\packs\data\ui folder? because they need to go in the former rather than the later.

Re: How to add unit cards ??
Was not aware of that. I had put them in the data\packs\data\ui folder, but when i change it to the data\ui folder, it is the old bastarnae unit card that is shown. Stange as I use the same file I as the one in the Thrace folder, which shows correctly when playing as Thrace.

Re: How to add unit cards ??
The Files in Data\UI folder won't be used, the files which are INSIDE Data\packs\patch_1.pak will be used.
Send me the two tga files, and I'l make you an install script which will pack your files into the existing "patch_1.pak"
(Thanks again to Marcvs Traianvs and Lionskin from Res Gestae for showing me how to work with the script)

Thanks for the offer, but I think I will leave it as it is for now.
I was also thinking about how you can modify the music in this mod. It is all packed in a DAT-file, but I have no clue how to open these?

Re: How to add unit cards ??
Download the "IDX Extractor" for unpacking sounds, animations, skeletons, et.
But you can also make a "music" folder in your "sounds" folder, put all your music in it and edit "descr_sounds_music.txt" in Data folder. But in that case you have to delete or rename "events.dat" in "sounds" folder.
