How is possible to make a movie clip and that the actors do not want to be publicized or the director or whoever made it?

I want the name of the actor playing the officer killingth other one to get the actor faces and make a 3d version model of it ....

Well they are in the wrong business then if they don't want to be recognized. Anyway, I'm sure many people have used pictures online to create 3D models of them without asking them permission. You can look up profile and front shots of different people. mark vanderloo, the model for commander shepard in mass effect is a good candidate imo

You're going to have to do some detective work. Look for evidence at a costume company on any purchased roman armor and weapons or look for low budget movie production studio sets in southern England.

Not a mod , I wanted to create a roman figure with armor etc , in 3d , and his face fits pretty good ...

You want the actor's face, that requires their "model release" it's an industry term. Actors aren't just going to give a way their likeness to anyone that asks.

Now if you planned on paying for it, I would just contact CA directly.
