CTD when NOT using units with full plate armor

while loading a battle in campaing map i have a ctd that says about an unespecified error, i have been doing tests and the problem seems to be when i don't use units with full plate, or units with the little golden shield

anybody have idea of what's going on? i haven't touched any file and i haven't any extra mod

im sorry the problem was with the men-at-arms when having armor upgrade. I found the solution in other post, now I'm having problemas with it because I have no idea what to do with the battle_models.modeldb file haha
