Total War Shogun Crahes on startup (get logo and then Stops working)

[EVILX]

Hello I used to play shogun on release and it worked fine no problem but reinstalled it and Now when ever i Load up the game get a Game has Stopped working

I have updated my Drivers,Sound card, Netframes and etc, nothing working Just wondering if anyone can help also here is my Dxdiag to see if anyone else can find problem

Hi Guys,

My friend has had the same problem since the patch was released, reinstalled and verified the files a number of times with no luck. CA is this a known issue, as on the thread detailing the patch notes a couple of other users have had the same problem.
