No it hasn't.

The right arm I think would never get stained. It made a few people very mad.

I found it annoying, but I didn't notice it until I looked-out for it.

Try calling support, before that un-install any mod and delete the preferences scripts.

Verify didn't work, so I uninstalled it, removed mods, and am redownloading it.

Luckily I found a job at my university so I can exploit the 3 mb/s internet.

Well, got the game to be working again...so I decided to try out the Benkei's Blades unit.

I clicked them and they called themselves "SOHEI" They're not monks, they're samurai!......or are they monks in disguise wearing samurai armor? I don't know anymore....hahaha

Yes, although I`ve not started a new campaign with this Patch yet, but normally they do depending on circumstances.
