How to make the launcher of M2TW close once I've launched the game.

I want to make the launcher close while I'm playing the game.

The launcher sometimes takes more performance to run than the game itself.

It really grags down my computer due to the fact that a lot of the mods I play have a huge map and high-quality textures.

It's a steam version.

Steam version, you haveno choice as Steam/Valve/CA/Sega use it as a DRM tool. If I ever get the Steam version, I'll have the same problem.
