question about unit size and some more stuff

Hi, ive been playing RS2.5 for a time, but i need something new.

So my question is, how big are the unit size for the roman empire?
And can i expect a horde of ai armies all the time like in RS2 (i dont like it very much)

Apart from the quite strong rebel garrisons which are meant to make expansion a more challenging undertaking, I'm not aware of any too large number of AI stacks to be fought by the player (at least not in the early campaign).

As for the Roman units, those are currently 80 for Hastati and Principes and 60 for Trarii on Large unit size. I'm not sure about huge, could be 120 - 90.

I'd definitely advise to try both RS and RTR, as they both have a different gameplay. It will be more fun to keep playing RTW if there is a bit of variation in the mods you use. At least, that's my own experience.
