A later start date option Second Punic/ first Illyrian war?

As the title says how feasible would it be for a later start date option? To include characters such as queen Teuta , Hannibal , Philip V ...well you get the idea. With work being done on Seleukids( at least that's the impression I get) Antiochos Megas could make an appearance! This mods map and factions make it ideal for the Macedonia wars

It has been considered to make a SPW provincial campaign. The raw base it there, I believe, but we'd certainly want to really finish the core campaign before diverting effort to such things.

Excellent...I love this mod, I miss Asia, but the map makes for a truly enthralling campaign.
I doubt very much doubt you need another historian, but if you forgotten and make further campaigns -- I humbly offer my services
