Icon5 Iberian towns with un-repairable buildings

Hey there RTR team, found a few more things that seem like bugs to me in my Spartan campaign.

This is a shot of the city of Cesse on the east coast of Iberia. Either by taking the town or rioting or sabotage (can't remember which), the Palace-Temple special structure was damaged. I've tried repairing it over the course of several turns, checking on it to verify it was still un-repaired, with no luck.

I've also found a few places with more than one Blacksmith (Eastern) of the same tier (so the exact same building) built there. When one is damaged, it can't be repaired. I haven't checked to see if I still have access to upgrades from the smith that is remaining in order to determine if I'm still receiving the benefit, but it seemed odd that two of the same building would be constructed here.

I did check the scrolls for both smiths in both towns and they show up as Blacksmith (Eastern) with the same bonuses, picture, description, etc. Not sure what else I can do to verify they are identical, but the buildings not being repairable is a problem in either case.

    Thoughts?

It is a known issue that some settlements have double versions of some MES buildings. The only way to solve this is telling us where you find them, then Kepper can remove them. Thanks for these reports!

I don't know what causes the first issue, though

OK, it seems there are quite a few of them. There's also some that have two culture versions of the same building in a city, which have the same result (such as eastern and barbarian).

On a different note, does anyone happen to know why warship docks can't be built in barbarian settlements? It seems odd that I can't build docks, but can use existing (barb) docks to build the most advanced ships available. Even demolishing the exiting one doesn't bring up the option to start fresh. Thoughts?
