LA Noire won't launch

It seems after buying a new game and installing it I have ANOTHER problem not being able to launch a game. I fixed the last two problems (BF 3 was disabling the Intel graphics controller and Skyrim was deleting EKAG20NT.exe).

You can delete this, all I had to do was disable User access control and Steam re did the first play setup
