CTD problems

Hi guys. I've been playing a Campaign as the Casse and the year is about 230BC. I've only conquered 2 eleutheroi cities of Britain (the one in Wales and the other in Cornwall), and at my current save I've got the one to the north of the starting capital under siege.All of my settlements have high public order. I have a diplomat and spy at Greece (slightly to the west but still closer to the eastern coast) that I have been moving further west to establish alliances and trade rights, their next destination being the Makedonians. Now here's the problem; whenever I move my view over towards my spy and diplomat, or towards the general area of Greece, the game CTDs (sometimes I manage to get my view on them but it CTDs the second I move my mouse wheel to zoom in). It also occasionally does the same thing when I end turn. I'm using the steam version of the Gold edition, and have tried running EB in Barbarian Invasion, but the problem persists. Any help?
