Need help installing S.S. 6.3 and 6.4

Okay I have all the files and winRAR but when I try to extract it opens a notepad file! Stainless Steel 6.4 installer works fine but of course it doesn't work without 6.3. I dont have any version of Stainless Steel BTW and I thought I would like to try it.

When you install 6.3, all five Bin Files, plus Exe must be in same folder. By double clicking Exe you can then install, afterwards installing 6.4 to same location, always making sure UAC is disabled

BTW Where do I install the mod? In the main M2TW folder (SEGA/M2TW I guess?)

The installer will auto install tp MTW2/Mods Folder
